Caution

Massage is very beneficial, however there may be occasions when massage should not be applied; recent whiplash, fractures or operations, high blood pressure, inflammations (flu), infectious diseases. If any of these apply to you please consult your doctor before making an appointment and notify your massage therapist prior to your consultation.

Cancellation policy

If by any chance you can not attend your appointment, please give 24hours notice of cancellation. Your courtesy in this regard would be appreciated, as we will have time to rebook the appointment.
